-The contest is open to chamber groups that include at least one Celtic or pedal harp. In the case of mixed duets (harp with string instrument, wind or voice), works in which the harp does not have an accompanying role will be valued.
-If the group participates a solo (a) harpist, their age will define the category in which the group can compete. In the case of several harpists of different ages, the organization of the contest will determine the category prior knowledge of the repertoire
-The turn of action will be determined by the order in which the inscriptions are received, which can be changed only in case of force majeure; for this the candidate must present a justification that will be considered by the organizing committee and the decision will be unappealable.
-Once the registration is made, no program change can be made unless expressly requested to the organizing artistic committee.
-In no case will the amount corresponding to the registration fee be refunded
-The court will be composed of national and international personalities and their decisions will be unappealable
-The court will assess the artistic level of the presentation of each set, so it is recommended to consider the execution as a public performance
-The works can be executed by memory without exempting the presentation of the original editions of them.
-All the auditions will take place at the Antonio Zamorano Auditorium of the Arturo Soria Professional Conservatory of Music, located at Narrow Street of Messina No. 2, Madrid 28043 Spain
-The Isolda Cultural Association will not cover the travel, accommodation or meals of the candidates. The organization of the contest is committed to providing information on hotels, hostels and hostels in the city of Madrid, as well as offering a transfer service between the Adolfo Suárez-Barajas airport and the contest venue; whose cost will be reported in a timely manner.
-The limit ages (15, 21 and 35 years) will be considered until 11/10/2018

OBSERVATIONS
-The Ibero-American Chamber Music Competition with Arpa is not responsible for any fraud committed by a candidate in this regard (public use of illegal copies, alteration of scores).
-The artistic direction of the contest may provide particelle -only in digital format- for the preliminary study of the works, which may have signs of personal use (fingering instructions, pedals, etc). The organization can inform the way to acquire the original editions.
-The candidates must provide a digital copy (pdf format) of the scores and particelle of the entire repertoire and send it to: concursoiberico@yahoo.es
