The contest is developed in three categories, according to ages:

A. Children's category (up to 15 years): minimum 9 minutes, maximum 10 minutes duration

B. Youth Category (from 16 to 21 years old): 18 to 20 minutes

C. Category Adults (from 22 to 35 years old): 14 to 15 minutes in the elimination phase and 23 to 25 minutes in the final phase

-The program is freely chosen. The inclusion of work (s), author (s) Spanish (es), Portuguese (es) and / or Ibero-American (s) will be valued. You can consult the archive of works performed in the previous competitions in this link: REPERTOIRE OF WORKS

-The applicant will be required to interpret several works or movements of different style, whose total duration should not exceed the maximum established for each level.

-All works must be executed by the same set.

 

-In the case of cyclical works, it is possible to execute a movement whenever it is complete.

-Each instrumentalist must observe that at least one of the works to be interpreted has been originally written for the instrument he is performing.

-It is not allowed to bend the parts of the instruments, unless expressly indicated in the score.

- Unpublished works will not be accepted. The organization of the contest can study the possibility that the work is edited for the contest, previous study and minimum 4 months in advance (delivery of pfd file before June 10, 2018).

-Candidates can include pieces of their own composition.
